Comments on this week:
A very enjoyable solo walk this week, it's been a while since I did one of those. Term started properly and it's been pretty exhausting, as this time of year always is, but I'm determined to make my weekly totals and keep exercising. This will either result in me miraculously becoming a well organized person, or will descend into total chaos.
One update to the blog information, I copied in some details about RCEW sent to me by a representative. I have more to add but it may have to wait for a while.
This week's picture:

Schoolteacher Janice Brown on a test flight of the Gossamer Penguin in 1979. She achieved the first sustained flight of a solar powered aircraft in the Penguin on 7th August 1980 in California. Picture from the NASA blog.
Quote of the week: We must learn that the terrible things humans do to each other are only possible because we choose to tolerate them. We must learn that doing nothing in the face of great wrong is not passive neutrality. It is an act of violence - a violent refusal to act to prevent harm when we have both the capacity to understand the harm caused and the power to prevent it. - Colm O'Gorman, Executive Director of Amnesty International Ireland, speaking in Amnesty Magazine about the abuse of thousands of children in the care of the Roman Catholic Church and Church of Ireland
Total distance completed this week: 21.152 miles (Above target)
Distance completed to date: 832.515 miles (Above target)
